Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return window. You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return and an additional 14 days after your request is approved to send the items back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your request is approved, returns must be sent to the following address:

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

All items must return unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. 
Please ensure all pieces are individually wrapped and protected  to prevent damage during transit.

As a small atelier, we are unable to cover return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A replacement or refund will be issued where appropriate.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalised products
  • Sale items

Please note that minor variations in colour, size or surface finish are part of the beauty of handmade ceramics and are not considered defects.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
